Based in Ripon our Client is looking to recruit an Assistant Accountant ASAP on a part or full time basis to provide support to the Finance Manager in the running of the accounts for 3 businesses. This is a Temporary role initially, however could have the potential to go permanent (though this is not guaranteed).
You will be primarily responsible for:
Our client is ideally looking for someone at least 3 full days per week, however they can stretch to a full time role if needed, normal office hours are 8.30M- 5.00PM.
Experience gained from working in a varied accounts role is essential. Studying or qualified AAT is desirable.
You will be primarily responsible for:
- Assisting with the preparation of monthly Management Accounts
- Sales ledger
- Invoicing
- Cashflow forecasting
- Weekly and monthly payment runs
- Cashbook
- Reconciliations
- Debtors reports
- Credit control
Our client is ideally looking for someone at least 3 full days per week, however they can stretch to a full time role if needed, normal office hours are 8.30M- 5.00PM.
