For more information, visit DescriptionThis position will support the financial management of the organization through financial reporting, system maintenance, record keeping, internal controls and other accounting services. Responsibilities includes the review and tracking of accounting transactions, heavy involvement with monthly, quarterly, & year–end financial closings, and special projects as directed by leadership. This position will work closely with site management team as well as the Company and Regional Finance teams.Responsibilities include: • Work in Process (WIP) labor and overhead monthly adjustment/analysis• Review capital projects/purchases• Prepare monthly journal entries and assist with month–end closure.• A/P and A/R oversight and reporting.• Develop and maintain a system of cash forecasting.• Perform monthly reconciliations of general ledger accounts.• Prepare cost accounting variances on sales and costs.• Analytical analysis of job costs.• Assists with internal and external audits as needed• Assists with general ledger account research and analysis• Provide financial analysis and support for weekly and monthly forecasts and annual budgets.• Assist in developing short/long range financial goals, operating objectives. • Participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual closings of the inventory system including physical inventoriesCompetencies: • Drive for Results• Problem Solving• Integrity & Values• Time Management• Planning & Organizing Technical Skills Minimum Requirements • Extensive experience with complex inventory and business systems in the aerospace industry.
