If you join Ortho, no matter what your role, you will be expected to keep that Customer Excellence focus in your work.The OpportunityReporting to the Senior Manager, Global Credit and Collections, this position will be responsible for global AR reporting and analysis, DSO reporting and analysis, seeking process improvements as well as identifying methods to improve business performance, reporting, and compliance.The ResponsibilitiesSolicit input, compile, and prepare the weekly A/R cash forecast for the USPrepare and present the monthly and quarterly North America AR reports and analysisSolicit input from regional finance teams to compile, prepare and present monthly and quarterly global AR reports and analysisComplete DSO calculations, including Trend analysis and monitoring for optimal resultsAssist in design and implementation of enhanced automation of required reportingSupport AOP process by preparing and/or compiling AR inputs and DSO forecastsAssist with audits, period end, quarter end and year end accounting processesOngoing support of Finance and the business by timely, meaningful and accurate reporting designed to drive strong business performance and mitigate business risksUpdate and maintain process documentation (e.g. work instructions, standard operating procedures, etc.)Complete other assignments as requestedResponsibilities include, but are not limited to this list of primary responsibilitiesThe QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance, MBA preferredPrevious SAP, BPC experience a plus3+ years relevant work experience preferredStrong analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skillsAttention to detailStrong written and verbal skills enabling effective communication with all levels of managementStrong organizational skills required to coordinate and manage across multiple organizations, processes and initiativesDemonstrated strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint#LI–MA2
