We are looking for a highly motivated, dynamic individual to join our management accounts team.

This role reports directly to a Divisional Accountant and is a key post in providing management accounting support to set departments within either a clinical or corporate Division.

Strong communication, team working, organisational and IT skills along with the ability to work with large volumes of complex data are key requirements. The candidate must be comfortable in using their own initiative to find solutions.

The role encompasses the monthly management accounting process, and key duties include month end reporting processes achieved within set deadlines, analysing income and expenditure variances, producing forecast information and helping to support the budget setting process. The candidate must be comfortable in attending meetings with non financial managers to explain their financial position.

The successful candidate will be joining an established finance team. You will gain good experience in the workings of Finance in an NHS Trust and will be joining a team who are professional and keen to succeed.
