Job Description
Allie Bratton is partnering with a Residential Construction company in Austin who is looking to add an imperative position to their team! They have great plans for being extremely busy in Q1 of 2021 and need an experienced Bookkeeper to assist their Accounting Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking for a long term role assisting a growing company!
This person will be in charge of:
- Full Cycle Accounts Payable
- Full Cycle Accounts Receivable
- AIA Billing on a weekly schedule
- Job Costing
- Bank Reconciliations
- General ledger coding
Requirements
- 3 - 5+ years of Bookkeeping experience in the Construction (or similar) industry
- QuickBooks experience
- Associates Degree Preferred (Or equivalent experience)
- Bilingual in Spanish highly preferred!
