Job Description:
In your new role you will:
- Use SAP F1 module for invoice processing (invoices with and without purchase orders)
- Ensure processes are compliance to the local GST & withholding tax legislation
- Manage vendors and end users in addressing queries and resolving incomplete invoices
- Render support for vendor reconciliations
- Assist in documents archival
- Understand the operations of the Accounts Payable function
- Integrate Accounting knowledge to practical workplace assignments and gain further insights on the procedures that facilitates invoice processing
- Learn how to use SAP
- Sharpen communication skills through interaction with vendors and end users
Your Profile:
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- On track to attain Bachelor / Master in Accountancy / Finance / Business Management
- Meticulous and detail oriented
- Positive attitude and good team spirit
- Effective written and oral communication skills
