Do you have experience managing an accounting services team performing high volume transaction processing in a Top 200 ASX listed business !

Reporting to the General Manager Finance & Tax we are excited to announce a newly created role for a Finance Manager to join Ventia, one of the largest infrastructure service providers in Australia and New Zealand. You will be an integral member of the Group Finance Team committed to leading a team to deliver excellence.

Position Purpose:

This position plays a key role within the Group Finance and Tax team. Responsible for ensuring that key month end processes are planned and executed in an efficient and effective manner as well as ensuring that the financial accounting, fixed asset processes, corporate recharges and balance sheet reconciliations are managed in line with expectations.

The person we are looking for must have the following as a minimum requirement:

Technical Competencies
  • Strong financial accounting knowledge
  • Previous experience of SAP, JDE, TM1, BPC, Hubble desirable


Skills & Experience
  • 5+ years post qualification experience
  • Previous finance experience within a large complex organisation
  • Managing people
  • Process improvement

  • Strong ownership and accountability with excellent organisational skills, demonstrating the ability to work on multiple matters concurrently, under pressure and meet deadlines
