Training and Competence Supervisor - Chelmsford - £50,000
A highly reputable IFA are searching for a talented and experienced Training Manager to join their team. Responsible for the implementation of the T&C requirements of the firm and delivering these of a daily basis.
You will be supervising around 20 Advisors at any time. You will develop pre CAS Advisers to full competency, support the Induction Training and aspects of IFA training and development. You will need to be able to demonstrate and share knowledge with others and support the IFA in developing their business goals and objectives. You will be expected to fully support the firms Compliance Function and to continually maintain personal knowledge and skills.
You will need to be qualified to minimum QCA Level 4 Diploma, hold relevant industry supervisions qualification (H15, J07 or AF6), have a Business related Degree, a sound knowledge of compliance processes, Statement of Professional Standing and a full driving licence.
