Business Analyst | Risk - Credit & Fraud

Let's talk about the role and team

Our team supports many cross functional changes across risk, compliance and regulatory missions such as decisioning, fraud, proof of income. We do this by working closely with business SMEs, Systems and Data Engineers who utilise bleeding edge technology and machine learning.

• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to elicit, analyse and validate business processes, systems, and requirements
• Create and maintain user stories and acceptance criteria
• Maintain the requirement repo with business rules and process maps
• Perform analysis of business process and document as-is and future-state BPMN2 business processes
• Liaise between SME teams (e.g. Risk). Engineering and Project teams, by translating terminology through simple oral and visual techniques and tools;

A career Business Analyst, you'll thrive on team work and supporting "us" not "me". We work remotely and utilise agile and lean methodologies and tech such as Jira, Confluence, Slack.

• Business Analysis experience in a complex business domain, financial services (risk based missions or projects) or customer collections domains.
• Strong understanding of Agile delivery (Scrum and/or Kanban)
• Experience performing SCRUM master role when needed
• Experience working with Product Owners and augmenting / supporting day to day business analysis tasks
• You make the hard look easy, have a growth mindset and proactive style.
