Senior Finance Manager & Finance Director - MNC Firm

Leading multinational firm in Hong Kong seeking Finance Manager and Finance Director to join the fast growing team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the General Finance functions
• Implement and maintain excellency of internal controls
• Business partner internally to ensure smooth growth
• Ensure company financial records are maintained in compliance with company policies
• Liaise with internal and external auditors in the periodic review of the company financial records
• Management reporting to the CFO
• Consolidation for the whole Group
• Supervise a large and monitor for the month end closing
• Analyse and review financial statements
• Liaise and negotiate with internal and external parties on tax, audit and financial issues
• Design and development of financial procedures and IT system development
• Preparation of budgeting and annual forecasting

Requirements:

• BA Degree / Masters in finance related discipline
• CPA or equivalent accounting qualification required
• 6 - 10 years working experience with at least 4 in a management capacity
• IT Accounting knowledge / Auditing experience
• Strong analytical skills and experience with financial modelling
• Proficiency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin, written and spoken
• Strong communication skills
