Senior Financial Analyst

Your new company
This global general insurance company, a market leader around the world, is offering an exciting new opportunity to join their Asia Pacific Finance Team as a Senior Finance Analyst.

Your new role
Reporting to the Head of Finance you will be responsible for the annual financial plans for various regions to include quarterly forecasting of P&L, and monthly reporting of results. You will create financial reports and present financial metrics to key stakeholders in the business. You will continually improve and streamline processes and make sure your function is run as efficiently as possible. You will develop financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives. You will also have to provide strategic and financial support to a 5 year plan that is prepared annually.

What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate must be a finance graduate or an accountant, with thorough financial analysis skills. You must be able to pick up on financial trends and communicate effectively with management to ensure the business can take appropriate actions. You will be a dynamic, results oriented person, with a drive for continuous improvement. You will have experience working in a pressurised environment and will have the ability to meet tight deadlines. You will be assertive and a confident communicator as dealing with key stakeholders is a key part of this role. You will have advanced excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills.
