Opportunity for an experienced National Business Manager to champion Sanofi as the category leader for Woolworths.

Sanofi Consumer Healthcare is one of Australia's largest manufacturers and distributors of high quality vitamins, minerals and supplements, supplying many of the country's best known over the counter brands including Nature's Own, Cenovis, Ostelin, Telfast, Gastrolyte and Betadine. Our products can be found in more than 8400 pharmacies, health food stores and grocery outlets around Australia.

We are looking for a talented National Business Manager to join our successful sales team to position Sanofi as a trusted adviser to Woolworths, providing category thought leadership, and driving profitable growth, strategically positioning Sanofi to win in the Health Supplements category.

In this challenging and rewarding role, you will be responsible for achievement of net sales budget within this major account. Reporting to the Grocery Channel Manager, you will work collaboratively with Marketing, Shopper & Channel Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain and third parties to ensure effective distribution and representation of our new and existing products. Leadership skills will be a priority as you will be responsible for the successful ongoing development and coaching of a direct report.

You have a proven track record in sales and category from the FMCG industry including experience managing the national Woolworth's business or equivalent. With impeccable attention to detail you're an ethical professional who excels working in a self-managed environment. Motivated and organised, you possess the entrepreneurial flair to seek out and act on sales opportunities, and have the analytical skills and strategic business acumen to have meaningful conversations with both internal and external stakeholders to grow the category.

You will receive a competitive salary with performance bonus plus car allowance. Full clean driver's license is essential
