Junior Accountant

Job Description:Reception Desk Duties and Supporting Other Staff with their tasks Timely recording and posting of all financial transactions e.g., accounts receivable, accounts payable, Cash expenses, payroll, closing entries, write-offs, etc. Maintenance of proper books of accounts as well as preparation of all types of vouchers Maintain daily sales report and deposit cash into the bank Petty cash management Liaison with stakeholders, staff, clients, banks etc. and handling all banking matters including preparing bank reconciliation statements Ledgers reconciliation Proper knowledge of income tax and sales tax laws Preparation of necessary details for filing of Income Tax / Advance tax / Withholding tax / Sales tax returns/statements Ensure timely payment of monthly Sales tax and income tax withheld liability HR-related matters [Preparation of employees files, process monthly payroll and leaves record, etc.] Further duties may be assigned when required Requirements: Must have B.com/ Bachelors degree Good English Language ability Must have experience with working on Ms. Excel and should be comfortable with computer systems overall Must have the requisite knowledge or willingness to learn applicants will be given preference due to Reception duty Working hours can be either part time or full time; to be determined after interview. The applicant will be offered based on experience and qualification. Expected Salary range: 10k to 20k/ Month
