- Manage budgets, forecasts and efficiencies tracking for specific teams within Technology.
- Providing management information to specific departments relating to performance and budgets on a regular basis.
- Partnering with the business to understand and optimize cost, including headcount controls.
- Provide insights on cost through analytics and improve communications with key stakeholders on financial performance.
- Ensure financial controls are in place, including managing recharges to businesses and countries.
- Lead improvement projects within the team and manage extended team deliverables.
- Partner with Auditors and greater Finance team within the Bank where appropriate.
To be eligible for this role you will require:
- Qualified Accountant with at least 10 years' experience in Finance.
- Strong experience in partnering Technology functions within large MNCs, ideally in Banking.
- Acute at cost management and business partnering for cost portfolios.
- Detailed orientated and able to drive change.
- Analytical and familiar with Project reporting.
- Ability to work within a highly matrixed environment
- Strong stakeholder management skills to influence business partners
- Able to work independently, with the greater team in mind and under pressure
