Your new role
As Accounts Administrator, you will be stepping into a very bright and tight knit team that prides themselves on their work ethic and strong company culture. In order to be successful in this role, you will exhibit the following skill-set:

  • Daily processing of debtor payments and refunds
  • High volume processing of end to end Accounts Payable invoices using SAP
  • Processing Corporate Credit Applications
  • Processing daily debtor numbers
  • Monthly Debt Reporting for various customer classes
  • Daily processing of supplier invoices
  • GL coding of recurring supplier invoices
  • Reconciling of supplier statements to payment runs
  • General/Additional duties
