Job Description
What do I need to qualify for this job?
Formulation of commercial and legal contractual terms and conditions with customers, consortium partners and subcontractors Collaborating in negotiations, formulating, and implementing contracts in the project Risk, claim, change order and opportunity management of the project, Controlling, hedging and IFRS reporting Effective asset and cash management Period-related planning of all business management key performance indicators Prepare and present project commercial data for commercial and financial audit purposes. Provide accurate and timely costs and cash flow forecasting Follow-up guarantees, bonds, accruals, accounting documents, all receivables and payables Implementation and maintenance of project commercial planning and controlling tools Monitoring, controlling and updating of project costs, risks, billings, invoicing, accruals, provisions, hedging, bank guarantees, insurance, taxation, project reports etc. Regular communication with all stakeholders e.g. consultants, customers, contractors, vendors, consortium partners etc. Ensure compliance with regulations and guidelines Develop and maintain robust internal control mechanism Manage and report project financial results towards Management
What else do I need to know?
ACCA / CA, CMA or MBA from reputable Institute or equivalent Solid working experience in similar function rounded by track record in project environment Previous experience from similar international business is highly appreciated Fluent in English both spoken and written. Strong PC skills, experience with ERP and reporting systems Strong communication and presentation skills with clear and professional communication with internal and external customers
