Responsibilities
- Prepare and/or review US Federal and state corporate income tax information and tax returns, including permanent and temporary differences
- Prepare and/or state tax apportionment work papers
- Review depreciation for compliance with tax depreciation lives and methods
- Work with outside tax providers to outsource non-US income tax returns
- Reconciliation and analysis of income tax accounts on a quarterly basis
- Preparation of estimated tax payment and annual income tax extension calculations
- Assistance with the preparation of ASC 740 quarterly and annual reporting
- Assist with external auditor requests
- Assist with supporting income tax audits/reviews
- Research, investigate and respond to tax notices and inquiries
- Conduct tax research as required
Qualifications
Must Haves
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- Experience preparing US Federal and state tax returns, extensions and estimates
- Experience preparing and filing sales and use tax returns
- Superior Excel and spreadsheet skills and experience
- Experience with tax reporting software packages
- Excellent understanding of US GAAP Tax accounting
Strong Pluses
- CPA and/or Master's degree in Taxation
- Experience with OneSource Income Tax Software
- Experience with OneSource Tax Provision
