Your new role
Reporting into the Financial Controller the project accountant role focuses on -
- Preparation of multiple financial reports at month end (they have 100 entities)
- Joint venture reporting on a quarterly basis
- Review payment summary and forecasting
- Maintaining schedules
- Trusted finance business partner to the Development Managers
- Ongoing involvement with Process improvement
What you'll need to succeed
- CA/CPA part qualified or qualified with 3 to 6 years experience
- Mid-tier/2nd tier/big 4 accounting firm background (business services)
- Or commercial financial accounting background from property development company
- Some understanding of Joint ventures/partnerships or trusts preferred but not essential
- Excellent communication skills and relationship management with key stakeholders
- Self-motivated, fast paced and capable
