Salary
- Handle full spectrum of financial and cost accounting role eg. AR, AP, GL, forecasting, budgeting Etc
- Responsible for day to day finance and accounts operations
- Perform full set of accounts and ensure timely closing of accounts.
- Perform project cost forecasts/budgets, cost tracking, monitoring and controls.
- Responsible for timely monthly consolidated financial statements, payments, cash-flow management reporting for submission to HQ.
- Review & approve payment vouchers & journal entries
- Perform cash flow forecasting, budgeting and working closely with the operations and project teams in analyzing margins, variances and cost analysis.
- Issue project cost reports for review and approval.
- Develop and maintain internal control and effective accounting system and policies for the set up.
- Ensuring that intercompany cost allocations are in line with management agreements and transfer pricing policy
- Establish and maintain systems for cost-sensitivity analysis and early-warning of cost-overruns
- Work consultatively with the respective departments on cost reduction initiatives
- Financial planning including continuously Accounts reconciliation on daily, weekly, and monthly basis. Verify bank/stock/cash reconciliation report prepared by Accounts department.
- Financial handling, payments, CD, ST, VAT, Bank and other departments.
- Process payments ensuring expenses are incurred for the best interest of the company following internal control policies are adequately documented.
- Development various system and procedures as asked by the management time to time.
- Establish and continuously improve accounting system with a comprehensive chart of account that satisfies the statutory and management information needs as per accounting jobs.
- Ensure safety and security of documents and ensure confidentiality of information.

- Candidates having M. Com (Accounting)/ CA (CC)/ CMA/ CA & qualified chartered accountants with ACA & FCA of ( ICAB ) will get preference

- Ensure the compliance with Bangladesh Accounting Standards (BASs)/BFRS for the preparation of Financial Statements of the Group entity.
- Maintain the liaison with Tax and VAT authority and also with the Bank.
- Ensure and monitor compliance with the Accounting Procedures, Company Policies and Financial reporting process.
- High-level knowledge of GAAP for manufacturing company's accounting
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to extract meaning from numbers and present analysis clearly and concisely to people with widely varying degrees of financial knowledge;
- Proven skills in managing staff and ability to build and support effective teams;
- High level of integrity and professionalism
