Purpose
Responsible for supporting the Finance Manager and Group Finance with overall view of actual performance for business divisions
Accountabilities
Provide consolidated divisional view of monthly results to Finance Manager
*Key point of contact for Group Finance, business and Outsourcer for any divisional management reporting related queries
*Primary contact for Finance Manager on queries relating to performance to date and consolidated regional view of results
*Driving continuous process improvement via the Outsourcer
*Be a key contact to provide feedback and recommendations to Outsourcer for processes
*Provide the business review of regional performance to Finance Manager and Group Finance
Month End
*Prepare and review consolidated regional results
*Prepare and review balance sheets
*Prepare month end packs with supporting commentary
*Respond to month end analysis queries
Year End
*Respond to requests and queries from auditors
*Review and manage completion of year end schedules
*Manage year end queries from Group
Ad Hoc Support
*Support the business and respond to ad hoc actuals queries
*Co-author with the business required papers for governance
*Review business performance of external parties e.g. JVs/Indies
*Liaise with 3rdparty advisors/accountants
*Support Group consolidation
*Assist and Support FP&A Team during forecast
