This Program is a 12-months graduate program, where talents are invited to discover whether they have what it takes to develop a life-long career in finance and the life science sector, with the market leader in serving science. Successful applicants are carefully selected, consciously mapped, and assigned to various Financial Planning & Analysis, Accounting, or other suitable roles over the 12-month fixed term hire period, doing real and impactful business and finance work, contributing significantly to the success of Thermo Fisher Scientific.

Job Title: Financial Analyst (Associate)

  • Support the APAC and Emerging Market finance reporting and forecasting process.

  • Improve analytical tools, systems, and processes to support all businesses across the region.

  • Support regional projects in finance related work-streams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive standard finance management process and keep on looking for opportunities of improvement.

  • Support FP&A manager in developing and improving the planning and forecasting tools.

  • Collaborate with division team, build regional business intelligence capability, provide visibility to commercial team, and improve forecast accuracy.

  • Clean up finance related information in HR management system and ensure data integrity.

  • Support annual planning process at regional level, consolidate forecast submitted by countries, and prepare preliminary analysis for executive review.

  • Participate in ad hoc projects aimed at supporting organic growth, EBITA expansion and liquidation.
