Mission

The Lead Business Performance Improvement Analyst ensures the analysis and production of performance and quality indicators for the Access Network department.

Activities

Thanks to reflection, heightening and innovation, you are responsible for developing new reporting perspectives or cross-referencing data that provide operating entities with a different view of their performance in areas related to business, technology and finance.
Responsible for the production of KPI's at the request of the operational entities, you design the data extraction that best meets the expressed need.
You play a driving role as a participant in business and transversal projects
You play a driving role in continuous improvement through your analytical, critical and initiative mind.
You regularly produce weekly and monthly reports according to the defined schedule, you are critical in relation to them and, if necessary, make proposals for improvement. You analyze and comment on the reports produced.
You pass on what you have learned from the Tableau tool to other staff members.
You act as a pivot person with the management control within the framework of the financial follow-up of Access Network.
You follow the various training courses estimated as necessary to perform the function.

Profile

You have a master's degree in management, economics or commerce or have acquired skills and knowledge of the business context during previous activities.
You have been able to acquire a conclusive experience of at least 5 years in a similar position.
Autonomous, you show yourself to be " Polyglot " business / technical and " customer satisfaction " oriented.
You show a great ability to synthesize: you are able to simply summarize a complex problem and identify the key elements for the success of an initiative.
You are a team player and have the spirit of initiative
Analytical and rigorous, you are efficient in your oral and written communication.
Mastery of IT tools (Visio, PowerPoint, Word and Excel)
You have experience in using ''tableau"
You master SQL queries

The company is active in the Telecom sector, in Wallonia and Brussels, and markets services of: television, internet connections, fixed and mobile telephony.
To meet future challenges, the company is looking for a Business Analyst specializing in performance management for its department (Access Network).
As part of the overall process of providing high-quality services to the customers, the Access Network department manages all aspects of the companies access network, from the management of antenna stations to installation at the customer's premises, including the prevention and resolution of individual and collective (network) quality of service problems, as well as the processes of expanding and dimensioning the physical network.
The "Performance" team responds to requests for KPIs, analyses and reports formulated by the business. This team is part of the Continuous Quality Improvement division which supports the different business entities. It is composed of 3 business reporting analysts and a manager.
