Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities

Production of the annual statutory accounts
Making sure the Data Warehouse is prepared as so the data can automatically populate various disclosures included in the local annual statutory accounts.
Support the monthly close and reports covering London entities including preparation of the monthly financial statements and the attestation papers
Assist with the production and timely submission of the regulatory reporting deliverables which includes FINREP, Forecast and memorandum data
Assist with the board and treasury committee papers which includes quarterly financial reports to the UK Board of Directors including financial commentary and monthly treasury papers
The successful candidate will contribute to a high performing environment and foster an inclusive work environment; supporting the vison/values/business strategy of the team

Qualifications & Experience

An accounting qualification is essential.
Knowledge of IFRS
Financial accounting experience in an investment banking environment beneficial.
Experience in a statutory reporting environment.
Advanced Excel user.
