What you'll be doing:
- Providing advice to non-specialists on accounting implications of tax rules
- Preparing and managing the production of quarterly VAT returns
- Assist in and ensure the efficiency of the month-end process
- Reviewing and making effective decisions on accrual requests
What you'll need:
- Part or newly qualified accountant (CIPFA, ACCA, CIMA, CFA)
- Detailed knowledge of Government VAT rules
- Demonstrable track record of improving performance through technical know-how and analytical skills
- Substantial knowledge of ERP platform
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
