The Prime Video European Finance team seeks a Senior Finance Analyst to support Prime Video strategy and performance in Europe. The role will partner with marketing teams and support optimizing impact from campaign spend to drive growth across our European business. The role would suit a commercially astute and highly analytical finance professional who is comfortable working with large volumes of data but also able to see the bigger picture.

Responsibilities may include:
• Partnering with European marketing teams, providing analytical insight and influencing decision making at the strategic and campaign level
• Mapping drivers of marketing performance from high level brand drivers through to customer engagement with our content
• Identifying and sourcing the right KPIs for measuring performance, leveraging internal and external data sources
• Monitoring campaigns and initiatives, measuring the impact on business metrics and calculating financial efficiency
• Evaluating proposals for new initiatives and campaigns
• Supporting periodic budgeting and target setting processes
• Preparing reports and documentation for recurring leadership review meetings

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Basic qualifications

• Minimum of Bachelor's degree
• Relevant finance accounting qualification (ACA, CIMA, ACCA)
• Experience in an analytically focused role within a commercial or consultancy setting.
• Excellent communication skills in English

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Preferred qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise with building financial models and processes using MS Excel
• Knowledge of SQL, plus data visualization packages such as Tableau/QuickSight is an advantage
• Attention to detail and ability to successfully manage multiple priorities simultaneously, without losing sight of the big picture
• The ability to innovate and to simplify both finance and operational processes in a collaborative manner - continuous process improvement
• Ability to work in a diverse and cross-functional teams and often in an ambiguous environment
