Senior Finance Manager\u002FFinance Manager\u002FAssistant Finance Manager

Responsibilities:

Oversee and lead the finance reporting team in operations and reporting, to ensure effective and efficient overall group reporting to the management and to Bursa.
Prepare, review and maintain Group consolidation of financial statements, annual budget, cashflow projection, and business plan. Monitor and highlight the Group's performance through a system in budgetary control.
Review and supervise monthly closing for subsidiaries accounts.
Responsible for timely and accurate quarterly and annual reporting, analysing and interpreting accounting information for management decision making.
Responsible in corporate income tax, analyse new tax obligations, implications and alternatives for the group tax planning purposes, and dealing with tax agents and the relevant authorities.
Lead audit, management reporting matters, and liaise with the internal and external auditors.
Review, analyse and update implication and application of recent development in Approved Accounting Standards in Malaysia (MFRSs).
Ensure compliance of the group in accordance with the Bursa Malaysia Listing Requirements.
Working closely with accounting system consultants to resolve system issues or to upgrade system to better improve effectiveness and efficiency.
Review financial procedures, internal controls and business processes and accounting systems to ensure that effective controls are in place.
Collaborate with management team on various matters and undertake ad hoc projects or assignments as and when required.

Requirement:

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's degree, preferably member of ACCA/ MIA/ CIMA or equivalent.
At least 10 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Proficiency with advanced computer skills, Microsoft office applications.
MUST able to act and operate independently and initiatively.
Preferably possess Audit working experience.
Strong knowledge in MFRSs.
Proficiency with advanced computer skills, Microsoft office applications.
Proficient in 3 languages, i.e. English, Mandarin, and Bahasa.
Good in leadership skill and interpersonal skills.
