Introduction:
IndraSoft, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager/Business Analyst a Final Secret Clearance to work in Washington, DC, area. The incumbent will be a highly motivated individual who works well as part of multi-disciplinary teams in support of Department of State client. The Project Manager will work closely with the Program Manager to assist in the development and implementation of program objectives; prepare comprehensive action plans, including resources, time frames and budgets for projects. He/She will perform various coordinating tasks, like scheduling, customer services, risk management or other audits as required to identify any gaps in standard operating procedures and processes, along with administrative duties such has project documentation and handling financial queries. Finally, Project Manager will conduct and may lead Business Analysis sessions in direct contact with government personnel and other contractors to generate vision, mission, and requirements statements to support modernization efforts.

Qualifications Required:
• Bachelor's Degree in computer science or a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, professional training, or work experience or 4 years of direct experience is the equivalent of a bachelor's degree.
• 5+ years' experience as a customer facing Project Manager, Project Coordinator or Business Analyst in highly technical environment.
• Demonstrated track record of managing multiple, concurrent, complex tasks.
• Comfortably embrace technical challenges with creativity and must have strong communication skills and an ability to interact with program manager and project leads as well as government personnel and other contractors.
• Knowledge of Information Technology and have participated in IT implementations.
• Must have firm understanding of quality assurance practices, procedures, and standards.
• Experience working with Windows, Microsoft Suite (i.e., Word, Excel, Power Point, MS Visio, MS Project, etc.)
• Have a general understanding of IT technologies, software and/or infrastructure.
• Able to plan, initiate and organize in accordance with Company policies.
• Able to act independently in face-to-face situations using judgment, tact, and discretion.
• Able to carry out assigned projects to their completion, establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with co-workers, customers, prospective customers, and vendors
• Able to maintain confidential and sensitive information
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Able to communicate clearly orally and in writing to audiences with wide variety of backgrounds and differing levels of technical expertise.

Qualifications Preferred:
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle management processes. Agile and Scrum or Kanban experience preferred.
• Possesses of ITL Foundations (or above) certification
• Possesses CAPM or PMP certification
• Experience working with SharePoint, Atlassian Suite (JIRA, Confluence, etc.)

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
• Serve as technical expert in support of the timely completion and efficient execution of assigned complex projects.
• Direct and oversee a variety of project-oriented activities
• Generate clear, accurate, intuitive plans and status reports.
• Perform complex evaluations of existing procedures, processes, techniques, models, and/or systems related to management problems or contractual issues which would require a report and recommend solutions
• Develops work breakdown structures, prepare charts, tables, graphs, and diagrams to assist in analyzing problems.
• Utilize CMMI (Capability Maturity Model Integration) framework to develop best practices for company process standards, policies, and procedures.
• Assist the project team in the evaluation of software and associated documentation to ensure technical accuracy, compliance, and completeness:
• Actively participate in the development process by participating in formal and informal reviews at all stages of the SDLC to provide input on functional requirements, product designs, schedules, potential problems, quality, or mitigate risks.
• Assist with QA planning, review, and support services to customers.
• Acting as a liaison between the subject matter experts and the customer.
• Support Project Managers with the creation of project plans.
• Coordinate the necessary internal resources to assist during a project delivery/deployment.
• Maintain accountability for changes to the project scope including development and execution of project change requests.
• Appropriately communicate progress on projects to management.
• Communicate with customers and internal team members at regular and frequent intervals to ensure expectations are set, deliverables are met, and that attention is given to the agreed upon requirements in the Statement of Work (SOW).
• Maintain and update documentation at regular intervals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Physical Demands:
While performing duties of the job, incumbent will be exposed to Normal demands associated with an office environment. Ability to work on computer for long periods, and communicate with individuals by telephone, email, and face to face. This position requires incumbent to have the ability to stand, walk, sit, use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools, or controls, reach with hands and arms, talk, and hear. Employee must be able to lift and/or move up to 20 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust and focus.

Work Environment: The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
