Job Title: Accounts sum Admin Assistant

Job Type: Permanent

Start Date: ASAP

Reports To: Renee Echavez, Finance Manager

Core Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for providing supports to accounts department
  • Coordinate and liaise with suppliers and partners for installation schedules.
  • Input invoices from suppliers into company software and ensure a proper recording of expenses and payables
  • Check and prepare staff expensed claims/reimbursement.
  • To perform daily bookkeeping activities on accounts receivables/payable.
  • Provides admin support & carry out adhoc duties as assigned

Experience and Qualifications Required:

Essential

-2 years experience in Admin and Accounts

-Good attitude, meticulous and willing to learn

Preferred

-Able to start immediately or within a short notice.

Core Skills/Competencies:

• Positive, independent and able to multi-task and work in a fast pace environment

• Great spoken and written English

• High drive for results

• Resourceful & dedicated
