Job Description & Summary

We focus on understanding our client's challenges and developing custom solutions powered by Salesforce to transform their sales, service and marketing capabilities by exploring data and identifying trends, managing customer life cycles, strategically building and leveraging online communities, driving employee engagement and collaboration, and connecting directly with channel partners to share goals, objectives, and activities in a secure, branded location.

Responsibilities

As a Manager, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Proactively assist in the management of a portfolio of clients, while reporting to Senior Managers and above
  • Be involved in the financial management of clients
  • Be actively involved in business development activities to help identify and research opportunities on new/existing clients
  • Contribute to the development of your own and team's technical acumen
  • Develop strategies to solve complex technical challenges
  • Assist in the management and delivering of large projects
  • Train, coach, and supervise staff
  • Keep up to date with local and national business and economic issues
  • Continue to develop internal relationships and your PwC brand


Minimum years experience required
  • 3+ years of experience with the Salesforce platform, including but not limited to Salesforce templates Communities, lookups and master detail relationships,
  • One or more Salesforce certifications, including but not limited to: Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant, and/or Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator
  • Additional certifications, including but not limited to Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I, Salesforce Certified Community Cloud Consultant and Salesforce Architecture certifications are a bonus
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce security and the limitations of configurations and best practices in using code
  • Strong understanding of Lightning, APEX and Visualforce
  • Experience with complex deployments, troubleshooting complex problems with order of operations (triggers, workflow and process builder) and can articulate theory behind workflow and validation rules as data quality tools.
  • Experience, leading, coaching, guiding and assisting team members to become a high performing team.
  • Experience leading and working directly with external clients / end-users and stakeholders to collect business requirements, constructing user stories, and developing acceptance criteria.
  • Experience in estimating level of effort for activities and conducting project management activities (e.g, scope management)
  • Experience supporting business development efforts, including fostering professional relationships in industry and preparing responses to requests for proposals is a bonus.
