THE DEPARTMENT
The mission of the Accounts Payable Sub-Department is to pay the funds we owe at the time the terms are maximized with the appropriate payment approvals obtained.

THE OPPORTUNITY
As a member of the Transaction Services Department, you will be part of the team responsible for the seamless management of all transactions, payments, and collections across the organization. As the Senior Accounts Payable Coordinator, you ensure payments to vendors, employees, and other partners are processed accurately and on time, and support with corporate credit card and vendor account management. THE JOB
As the Senior Accounts Payable Coordinator, you will support to:
• Ensure accuracy and authorization of all invoices before processing
• Ensure employees are reimbursed for Aritzia's business expenses in accordance with Aritzia's policies
• Ensure we pay funds that we owe at the time the terms are maximized
• Provide an alternate method of payment for Aritzia's business expenses and ensure expenditures are in accordance with Aritzia's policies
• Accurately maintain all vendor information
