Your new role
You will join the Firm as 2IC to a Partner and will be working closely with the clients. You will be performing high level technical work and providing advice in conjunction with a Partner in meetings with the clients. You will be managing a team including reviewing and delegation of work and will enjoy developing longstanding trusted client relationships.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be CA or CPA qualified and you will have extensive experience working in an Accounting Firm at Senior Accountant or Manager level. You will have expert knowledge of SMSF rules and legislation and be able to provide advice in this area. You will have excellent communication and client development skills and be motivated to progress to Equity Partner in the future.
