Your new role
The role is to lead the NSW finance function while reporting directly to the Financial Controller. You will also partner closely with the General Manager to support commercial decisions.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be a CA or CPA qualified Finance Manager. You will ideally have either Manufacturing or Construction industry experience. You will be able to manage remote individuals and work with Senior Leadership teams to achieve company and department goals.
What you'll get in return
You will be paid an annual salary of between $120,000 and $140,000 plus superannuation. You will be a part of a growing organisation striving to improve their accounting practices. - Monthly Profit & Loss and property accounting
- Balance Sheet and Account Reconciliations
- Reporting on projects and WIP/Capital expenses
- Budgeting and forecasting - partnering with marketing & sales to do so
- Preparation of Statutory Obligations such as BAS and GST.
- Reconciling the General Ledger and WIP accounts
- Assist with yearly audits and review and sign off on yearly reports
- Suggesting and enacting changes to procedures and process to increase productivity
