To assist with carrying out research relating to a variety of tax (direct and indirect) and exchange control issues (covering the full spectrum of taxes) and compilation of appropriate reports / opinions / letters and other documents under the overall responsibility of the senior team members or partners; and to review reports / opinions / letters and other documents prepared by tax advisors.Minimum Requirements• Accounting or law degree and a tax qualification (or studying towards such qualification)
• Computer literate - proficient in Excel, Word and Power Point
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• English proficientDuties and Responsibilities• Conduct research relating to tax and exchange control treatment
• Prepare tax due diligence reports
• Conduct tax audit reviews
• Prepare and write tax and exchange control related reports / opinions / letters
• Tax calculations and reconciliations
• Tax administration and dispute resolution
• Budget management in respect of client engagement
• Manage individual productivity
• Write articles and other client communication material
• Self-training and development and group participation
