An exciting opportunity in Oil & Gas sector for a qualified ACCA with an experience of 1-2 years. The role is focused on Commercial & Corporate Matter, including:
Correspondence with Regulators
-Budgeting
-Mergers & Acquisitions
-Commercial Contracts & Agreements
-Correspondence with difference stakeholders including Regulators, Joint Venture Partners
-Presenting yearly budgets to the Committee for approval
Excellent presentation, writing and spoken skills are required. Prior experience in Exploration & Production sector will be preferred.
