We are looking for a 6 months intern to join our team from Jan to Jun 2021. This position is only available for students who have valid students pass/ permit from Universities in Singapore.

About the role you'll be empowered:
  • Understand how the Finance and Accounting Department functions in a real business context
  • Understand Group's accounting policies as well as Singapore's accounting and tax system
  • Support the accountants in ensuring efficient, effective and accurate daily accounting operations including:
    • Inter-company transaction report and reconciliation
    • Perform month-end and quarter-end closing work.
    • Monthly reconciliation of transactions and adjustment any discrepancies. (Reverse charge)


  • Increase the accuracy of the financial information by ensuring data has been correctly booked and take corrective actions if required
  • Support the accounting team for implementation of internal controls in all accounting and tax
  • To support the ACAP (Assisted Compliance Assurance Programme) Audit


Requirement
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related education background
  • Process oriented (workflows, guidelines, instructions, documentation)
  • Ability to synthesize and identify key priorities and problems
  • Having learning agility
