  • We are looking to onboard an Accounts & Finance Manager for
  • Our new project regarding the construction and development of properties.
  • The expected candidates must be ACCA/CA Finalists (minimum) with 5+ years of experience in
  • Accounting and Finance (preferably in a construction-related role). Tasks include:
  • Management of input of vouchers and creation of resulting Financial Statements
  • Dealing with Tax-related matters, including timely filing of returns (monthly, quarterly and annual)
  • Coordination with auditors for periodic external audits
  • Payables/receivables tracking and closure
  • Costing/Receivables forecasting
