If this sounds like you, we need totalk. We are currently seeking a highlymotivated Business Analyst Intern to join our Planning & Delivery team. In this exciting role, you will work with a teamof dedicated technology professionals committed to deliver results and supportprogram objectives. You'll also haveopportunities to collaborate with others to develop creative solutions for ourcustomers.

You will be an excellent fit for this positionif you have the skills and experience necessary to:
  • Review, analyze, and evaluate functional aspects and data requirements of an application or system to develop strategic solutions.
  • Actively participate in the software development life cycle; requirements elicitation, design, development, test & implementation, processes of the project.
  • Perform data analysis and research activities.
  • Assist in producing project documentation that includes but not limited to; requirements specifications, diagrams of current and future state, user acceptance test plan and scripts, end user training, etc.
  • Identify opportunities for process automation and implement solutions.
  • Track project performance against key performance metrics

AdditionalQualifications:
  • Must be working toward Bachelor's (taking upper division courses) or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or other related field.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Well-developed communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Ability to work and contribute in a collaborative team environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with management, peers, and technical staff.
