Description:
Amazon is seeking a Business Analyst, Customer Experience Strategy based in Bangalore, India. Our team performs continuous measurements of our customers' experience to drive improvements and make recommendations to our senior leaders worldwide. The business analyst will work with large unstructured data sets, build metrics/ trends and identify opportunity areas for Amazon. The successful candidate will be an analytically driven team player, with an excellent attention to detail and a keen business sense who wants to explore customer experience improvement opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
• Pull, analyze and use data to build metrics and business cases to support decision-making.
• Work with teams across Amazon to procure relevant data sets and create buy-in for use of newly created metrics.
• Define, design and maintain data repository and reporting dashboards.
• Continuous innovation and process improvement efforts to drive efficiencies
In addition, you will innovate on behalf of our customers and build new methodologies and products to continuously improve our service. The role will allow you to make a real impact for our customers from Day 1 and provide a dynamic, innovative and fast-paced environment to constantly build your skillset and address new challenges.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Master's degree, MBA or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related business field.
• Highly proficient in SQL and experience in data visualization platforms (e.g. Tableau, PowerBI, Quicksight)
• Proven analytical and quantitative skills and an ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop business cases and complete root cause analyses
• Strong interpersonal skills - including written and oral communication skill
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and dealing with ambiguity
• Ability to work with business partners in understanding the business requirements and implementing solutions to support analytical and reporting needs
• Background in statistical analysis and/or data modeling is a plus
• Knowledge of programming languages is a plus (HTML, XML, CSS, Javascript, Oracle and Linux/Unix)
