Your new company
A leading service provider with a large high profile client are seeking candidates to assist in an Asset Audit to join their team on a project that will take approximately 3 months to complete. This project is to assist the Strategic Asset Management team in process improvement strategies and delivering industry best practices.
Due to the nature of the role, you must be willing and able to travel not just to sites in metropolitan Adelaide but also to some more remote areas of South Australia, therefore a full drivers licence is essential.
Your new role
You will be responsible for completing routine audits, collecting and developing and updating asset registers, implementing and driving asset management strategy, develop and maintain key stakeholder relationships, manage conditions assessments, provide life cycle assessments and reporting.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful you will have demonstrated experience in a similar role, specifically asset management of a large portfolio. Additionally you must have a good understanding of HVAC or Electrical plant and machinery as well as exposure to asset management and maintenance. As well as hands on experience, you must have well developed computer literacy, especially in excel. Due to geographical locations a drivers licence is essential and you will also need to have either a recent police check or DCSI check before commencing in the role.
