Your new company
This established and successful consulting business provides outsourced finance functions to SME organisations. Their core service offering includes bookkeeping, payroll and HR services, management reporting, CFO advice, strategic planning and advisory and they also have a smaller tax division. They have an enviable client portfolio and work with some key players and generally operate as a fully outsourced finance function. Due to this growth they are now seeking a Senior Management Accountant, Finance Manager or CFO to work within and eventually take ownership of their CFO services division.
Your new role
Your role will be varied and will include end to end CFO support to a number of SME clients ranging across multiple industries. These services can include:
What you'll need to succeed
You'll either be an experienced management accountant with a passion for SME or a more experienced finance leader who has operated at manager or CFO level. There is opportunity to step into the leadership role straight away or to work towards this in a short window of time under the mentorship of the Director. You'll have excellent communication skills and will enjoy being busy and challenged, adding value and providing commercial insights.
