The Opportunity at AIA
An experienced Business Analyst working on the Business Continuity Management project.
About the Opportunity with AIA
You will be working with Legal resources & Contract Owners to review service clauses & service level agreements within contracts while having an understanding of contract invoicing & associated accounts payable processes.
The role includes:
- Compiling AS IS AIA & CMLA BCM policies and create one set of TO BE policies & processes and a Policy Inventory
- Facilitating the project inception workshops - preparing material before the inception (e.g. as-is processes) and support the Iteration Manager in running the different sessions within the inception
- Elicitation, analysis and creation of business requirements - ensures requirements are gathered, elaborated, documented, accepted and understood by the business and project team;
- Develop a system & IT infrastructure inventory and ensure the Solution Design for an alternate site covers all requirements;
- Assist and support functional and user acceptance testing.
To be successful in this position, you will have:
- 5+ years Business Analyst experience including some business process testing experience
- Prior BCM experience highly desirable
- Have strong leadership skills, are an influencer and build relationships quickly
- Great communication and collaboration skills
- Challenge the status quo and influence process improvement
