This is a new opportunity for a Senior Financial Accountant from a Big 4 background to work for a large business management consultancy in East London. This role will be a 9 month FTC being paid on a daily rate and will require travel into the East London office.

My client is a business management consultancy specialising in infrastructure. The business is also part of a larger group of companies. They are now looking for a Senior Financial Accountant from a Big 4 background to join the team on a 9 month FTC.

Senior Financial Accountant from a Big 4 background

Roles and duties:

• Preparing annual accounts
• First point of contact for the Company's auditors and tax advisors
• Full understanding of Forex subjects and Consolidation of a company with 4 branches in foreign currencies
• Understanding of local gaaps, and IFRS 9/15/16
• Preparing the deferred tax calculations and able to challenge tax computations in different jurisdictions
• Ability to understand complex issues and provide solutions

Profile

The successful candidate:

• MUST be from a Big 4 background - candidates without this will not be considered
• Immediately available
• Happy to work in and travel to East London on a daily basis
• Both English and French as a language (desirable)

Job Offer

The succesful candidate will be paid £200- £235 per day. This includes holiday pay.
