Group Accountant - Balance Sheet Reporting
Twickenham, SW London
£35,000- £47,000 Incl 7.5% bonus
A leading FTSE listed employer is looking to recruit an experienced Group Accountant to join a dynamic team and take responsibility for preparation of Balance sheet and related notes.
The Roles and Responsibilities of the Group Accountant Position will Include;
* Preparation of workings for the annual report
* Monthly review of balance sheet accounts
* Provide training and guidance on company accounting policies
* Support in preparing the relevant parts of the quarterly press release as well as the Annual report and accounts
* Assist internal and external auditors with compliance reviews
* Improve and implement new processes where necessary
* Supporting line manager on other ad-hoc projects as and when required
The successful individual will;
* Ideally be ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified
* Have experience in preparation of financial statements
* Exposure to IFRS
* SAP experience
* Be a confident communicator
* Possess the drive and ability to improve current procedures
