We are seeking a Finance Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Manager to join our team in GSK Headquarters in Brentford! In this role you will support the commercial ambition of GSK by supporting the delivery of robust planning and forecasting processes, performance analysis and business partnering for the newly formed Consumer JV.

Your responsibilities:

• Support/manage the Consumer Healthcare (CH) Sector planning and forecasting processes (Updates, 3:1 Plan & Quarterly Forecasts), including liaising with the 3 CH Regions, Functions and above-country business partners
• Finance lead for quarterly Investor Relations announcements (Consumer sales commentary/press release and Q&A)
• Responsible for coordination, consolidation and analysis of price volume growth globally
• Understand business drivers of top and bottom-line growth and question and challenge forecasts to ensure that they align with brand and market strategies and overall business objectives
• Prepare insightful analytics for the forecasting and planning processes
• Coordination/completion of monthly performance reviews (MPR) and Commercial Operations Board (COB) processes
• Coordination/calendarization of planning activities
• Support preparation of senior management presentation materials and reports, including for CH Leadership Team (CHLT) and Finance Leadership Team (FLT)
• Develop and maintain excellent business partnering relationships with the CH Regions, Categories, R&D, Supply Chain Finance and Corporate

Basic qualifications:

• Demonstrable track record in local operating companies or above country/regional/global set-ups and corporate/regional experience.
• Strong commercial acumen and international perspective.
• Strong analytical, investment appraisal and problem-solving skills.
• Strong technical financial skills.
• Highly developed credibility with ability to communicate and influence at different levels of the organization.
• Self-starter and proven organizational and planning skills including ability to manage conflicting priorities.
• Strong understanding of systems such as Bison, Consensus Forecast (CF) and processes such as 3/1 Plan, update exercises.
• Fully qualified accountant is preferred
