Key responsibilities:
- Lead the elicitation, definition, prioritisation and validation of requirements and design of business processes to meet the needs of the organisation
- Defining and driving 'As Is' and 'To Be' processes
- Managing the development of detailed Business Requirements, Business Process Specifications and System Functional and Non-Functional Specifications
- Reviewing and revising documentation in light of any new or changing information, including implications for project time, cost, quality and risk
- Performing configuration, testing, training and implementation activities to ensure the successful delivery of the overall business and technology solutions
- Ensure that risks (project and operational) are managed in accordance with set risk frameworks
- Understand and adhere to the enterprise methodologies and processes in relation to project delivery
Key requirements:
- Significant experience as a Business Analyst
- Experience in the development of detailed Business Requirements, Business Process Specifications and System Functional and Non-Functional Specifications
- Experience in FX products and pricing or Commodity products and trade lifecycles or Calypso Front Office configuration
- Experience in Calypso front office configuration or Back Office configuration
- Experience in pricing FX and Commodities and configuring these elements in Calypso
