Data Architect

Cognizant is hiring a Data Architect to lead the ArtificialIntelligence and Analytics (AIA) practice's ambitious growth initiative withour most strategic cloud partners. KeyQualifications

• Design, Develop data frameworks
  
• • Must be Hands on in programming (like pySpark, Python, Scala) be quick learner and adopt new technologies
  • Should be familiar with modern BI implementation, DW, ER Studio technologies
  • Should have hands on experience in any of the tools like Databricks / Polybase / Azure SQL DW, HIVE would be helpful.
  • Understand and identify database structural necessities by evaluating business cases, applications and reporting needs.
  • Coordinate with client, onsite architect to develop the solution.
  • Prior experience in CUBE, Data Mart, SQL DW design, SSIS / Informatica / any other ETL / ELT tool development is must

• 8+ hands-on experience in Devops Architect
• 5+ years of Experience or certification in Cloud-based Architectures, Azure
• Experience in architecting, designing and developing highly scalable distributed data processing systems and Data Warehouse.
• Working experience in one or more modern Object-Oriented Programming languages (Java, Scala, Python)
• Experience with executing projects in Agile environments
• Analyze data, identifying gaps, issues, patterns and trends
• Analyze application dependencies and conduct impact assessment of changes
• Strong understanding of database design concepts - Transactional / Data mart / Data warehouse etc.
