- The main role is tomanagethe financial bookkeeping of the University
- .Accounts officer process invoices, record payments, and track expenses of the University.
- Supervises other staff members who assist with the bookkeeping duties.
- Cross-check the corresponding invoice, to ensure that the billing is accurate
- Communicating with customers is a regular duty of this job.
- Issue Challan/process refunds/interact with agencies on past-due accounts; and, works to resolve billing disputes.
