About the Team & Business Line:
The Real Assets Fund Services Group is seeking a Product Specialist to join the Real Assets Product Team. This specialized team of professionals are subject matter experts on Real Assets investment management operations, as well as the processes & technologies that support those functions. They take the lead in identifying, designing, and executing strategic operational & technology initiatives to drive efficient business processes and provide differentiating products for our clients. The candidate is expected to work closely with and develop strong relationships amongst business, operations, and technology staff.
Your Role:
You will shape and support the Real Assets Fund Services global business model through technology and procedural initiatives
You will lead and contribute to internal process improvement projects.
You will contribute to development and testing of the firms technology platforms, with a focus on Yardi as the core Real Assets Software Platform
You will be responsible for analysis of business user needs and design product/system enhancements to provide efficiencies and new capabilities
You will assist in managing Yardi set-up, implementation and testing with internal IT, CFS & SPVs stakeholders
You will trouble shoot and resolve technical issues or escalate to appropriate technical team.
You will be responsible for Standardisation and governance of Real Assets platform technologies.
You will act as the liaison between business and IT staff for project design, project management & execution.
You will maintain a pro-active customer focus at all times
You will be responsible for dentification and delivery of both existing and new Yardi functionalities to build operational efficiencies
You will be cognisant of Industry trends and incorporate same where applicable / beneficial to the firm
You will act an agent for change across the RA group to ensure the firm is maximising Yardi competencies
About You:
You have 5 to 7 years experience in Real Assets investment management & accounting technologies
You have relevant Professional qualification or similar experience
You have experience in business process improvement/process re-engineering/ change management
You have strong analytical and integration experience with complex data sets
You have project management skills with attention to detail and proven ability to multi-task.
You have strong written and verbal communication skills
You have knowledge of Yardi Voyager system and its relevant modules
You have ability to work both independently and as part of a group
You have ability to change the status quo
You have a track record in successfully delivering projects
You have strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise in a changing environment
You have strong work ethic
