We are looking for an Accounts Officer for the maintenance of account for UK company remotely on Pinnacle and Xero software. Experience: 2 years. Skills: Good in Excel, Experience of using any accounting software.
- Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting, and recording accounts & billing data.
- Verify online billing accounts with an accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
- Verify discrepancies by and resolve clients’ billing issues
- Reviews and corrects claims edits and denials to ensure proper payment from services rendered.
- Responsible for billing all secondary claims with the required documentation.
- Bring the books to the trial balance stage
- Perform partial checks of the posting process
- Enter data, maintain records and create reports and financial statements
- Process accounts receivable/payable in a timely manner
Education: Bachelors
Degree Title: BBA / B.Com / Equivalent
Career Level: Intermediate
