Senior Consultant, Restructuring| Corporate Finance About the Role: We are currently seeking talented and ambitious individuals at the Consultant level to join our London based Restructuring team. Typical assignments for a Consultant within the team include lead financial advisory; financial, operational and commercial due diligence; business reviews; cash and working capital management; financial restructuring; valuation; operational restructuring; contingency planning and insolvency. Key Responsibilities: Assist the delivery of our core offering either restructuring advisory or performing Independent Business Reviews ("IBRs").

This will include: Assisting in the assessment the fundamental drivers of the business, getting underneath the reasons for variances and underperformance Assisting in establishing the viability and optimal strategy of a business Performing complex data analysis and interpretation of results Liaising with client staff; andcommunicating findings, including report writing and oral presentations Assist in the development of the business through: Conducting research into potential opportunities and processing market intelligence opportunities; Preparation of formal pitch presentations;attendance at client relationship building events;coaching on job and sharing best practice experience to Assisting in the development of the team; and building and sharing personal relationship networks Experience in short term cash review Proven experience in modelling and negotiating find packages Education and Qualifications: Educated to degree level (or equivalent) in a numerate subject ACA, ACCA or equivalent (1st time passes)

Skills and Competencies: An enthusiasm to learn and who have a clear vision for their career in restructuring An active interest in the restructuring market place and be familiar with recent transactions and news worthy events Good communication skills and the ability to interact with team members and clients at all levels Working in small teams, candidates should have excellent teaming skills, be flexible in approach and able to handle multiple tasks Strong commercial acumen/market awareness Logical and methodical approach to problem solving Highly numerate with the ability to absorb a high quantum of information Excellent organisational and planning skills and confident working with a number of demanding stakeholders Professional and proactive approach Computer literate with strong excel, and PowerPoint skills Second language preferred An ability to review financial and operational forecasts including cash flow and three-way models Proven ability to execute sales processed from end to end Must be able to organise and manage workload Experience:
